Our team has been fortunate to work with airline, cruise and hotel partners across the globe for over a decade and consider this community our family. Our hearts are with all of you who have been impacted directly or indirectly by coronavirus (COVID-19) and the havoc it may be causing in your personal and professional lives. We want to remind you today that we are always here for you and are committed to keeping you informed as we navigate this very fluid situation.  

Since our last update, all cruises departing from U.S. ports have ceased operations for a period of time. Visiting the cruise line websites directly continues to be the most effective way to get up-to-date information on their policies and operations. If you have an upcoming booking while cruises aren’t sailing, you will be hearing directly from the cruise line if you haven’t already. If you need to reach us about a cruise booking, please email cruises@id90travel.com.  

Many of the questions and requests we are receiving about upcoming hotel and all-inclusive reservations require us to reach out to our partners directly on a case-by-case basis where broad waivers aren’t in place. We are so appreciative of your patience while we work through your calls and emails which we know are taking much longer than normal. For all non-cruise inquiries, please email customersupport@id90travel.com.  

We know many front-line airline team members continue to work and rely on us for access to our tools. We will continue to operate business-as-usual so you can access our full-suite of products if you need them at any time now or in the future.  

Knowing travel will slow down considerably in the coming weeks, when it picks back up – and it will – our industry will be among the first to start venturing out and traveling again. Cruise lines, in particular, are already asking for our support to help when they begin sailing again with unprecedented rates and free cancellations. We will be limiting our regular cadence of emails but will continue to support the cruise industry by updating our site and app with their offers throughout.  

We stand with the travel industry through this difficult time and are confident we will get through this together.
