Eligibility

To be eligible for the Member Rewards Pilot program, you must have a valid ID90 Travel Member account and you must be randomly selected to participate. Limit one (1) Account per person/email address. Persons suspected of fraudulent activity such as using multiple/different Accounts, email accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or otherwise attempting to obtain more than the stated limit of Accounts may be deemed ineligible, disqualified, and his/her Accounts may be cancelled, and all corresponding Member Rewards may be void, in ID90 Travel’s sole discretion. Only the individual named as the primary Account holder will accrue Member Rewards.

Earning Rewards

ID90 Travel Members will qualify for rewards when the member spends a certain amount on the App or Website for qualifying hotel and/or all-inclusive resort booking(s). The Member’s spend for each qualifying purchase will be calculated by ID90 Travel. The total spend for all qualifying purchases is totaled in Member’s Account and is subject to verification by ID90 Travel. By reaching a certain amount of qualifying spend, Members will qualify for rewards associated to each level of qualifying purchases. Rewards are provided in the form of ID90 Travel Credits for use on future qualifying hotel, all-inclusive resort and/or cruise bookings. ID90 Travel Credits can be viewed in your account in the Travel Credits tab. Member spend can be earned through qualifying purchases made through the App or Website.

ID90 Travel Member acknowledges and agrees that all decisions of ID90 Travel are final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Member Rewards Program, including, without limitation, determinations regarding the accumulation of qualifying spend and/or qualifying purchases, and the validity and use of Member Rewards. ID90 Travel reserves the right to adjudicate all Member Rewards discrepancies in its sole discretion, and ID90 Travel Members agree to abide with any such adjudication. ID90 Travel Credits may not be sold, traded, bartered, auctioned (including through Internet auction sites), or given away. Qualifying Spend and Member Rewards are null and void if not obtained through legitimate channels authorized by ID90 Travel.

Qualifying spend earned based on a qualifying purchase corresponding to a transaction that was not paid for or was credited or refunded for any reason, in whole or in part, will be deducted from the ID90 Travel Member’s Account. In the event that an ID90 Travel Member uses any Credits, Coupons or discounted rates, which are later determined by ID90 Travel to be inapplicable to such ID90 Travel Member, ID90 Travel reserves the right to reconcile the applicable charges and charge any amounts due to the method(s) of payment on file for such ID90 Travel Member.

After ID90 Travel Credits are deposited into Member’s account, ID90 Travel credits can be used on hotel and all-inclusive bookings made through ID90Travel.com or the ID90 Travel Apps on iOS and Android. Credits may also be used on a cruise by calling into our reservation agents. ID90 Travel Credits will typically be deposited into Member’s account after 7 days of checkout provided the reservation is not cancelled.

The Company reserves the right to modify the amount of spend required to earn rewards at any time in its sole discretion.

Member Rewards Program Changes and Termination

ID90 Travel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce new reward levels, or modify or terminate existing reward levels, which may require a different qualifying spend value than those currently listed in these Terms and Conditions. ID90 Travel will give reasonable advance notice of any modification of the Terms and Conditions hereof which may materially adversely impact the prospective use of Member Rewards. ID90 Travel Member’s continued use of the Member Rewards Program, following the posting of conspicuous notice of any modification, will indicate ID90 Travel Member’s acceptance of any modification to the Terms and Conditions hereof. ID90 Travel may terminate this Member Rewards Program at any time in its sole discretion and in such event, ID90 Travel may use commercially reasonable efforts to provide conspicuous notice prior to the effective date, during which time ID90 Travel Member may still accrue qualifying spend and redeem ID90 Travel Credits. All ID90 Travel Credits earned are subject to the Official Terms and Conditions for General Use of Credits (“Credit”).

ID90 Travel Credits Terms of Usage

1. Credits are non-reusable and may be applied to a member’s hotel, all-inclusive resort or cruise booking. ID90 Travel Credits (“CREDITS”) will be automatically forfeited if the Booking is cancelled for any reason, and in that event, will not be replaced.

2. Credits are non-transferrable, for personal, non-commercial use only, and cannot be combined with any other discounts. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits which are not otherwise used or forfeited on or before the expiration date will automatically expire on such date and will thereafter be void and of no further force, effect or value. Credits are void where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Credits which are generated through fraud, misinformation, tampering, or the violation of any one or more of the Official Rules and/or ID90 Travel’s Terms and Conditions will be null and void, as reasonably determined by ID90 Travel in its sole discretion. ID90 Travel’s decision on all questions, disputes or other matters relating to Credits are final and non-appealable.

4. If your membership with ID90 Travel is discontinued or terminated by ID90 Travel at any time and for any reason, then any Credits which may be in your account at that time will be automatically forfeited, and you will lose any value that you might have otherwise derived from the use thereof, without compensation.

5. ID90 Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Changes may be communicated to you by email and/or by posting on the ID90 Travel website, so please check your email often and review the website regularly. By storing or using Credits, you agree to be bound by any changes we may make to these Official Rules from time to time.
