Welcome Back: Checking Carrier Loads in the App
Your feedback makes a difference!
Thank you to all the ID90 Travel members that provided your thoughts on how we could better serve you in our July Month of Feedback. We were stunned to receive over 800 different ideas on new features, functionality, and fixes that our passionate travel community would like to see added.
We are still processing all of the ideas we received, but there was one common theme that we were able to act quickly on - bringing back the ability to check your carrier’s flight loads in the app!
How to access it
For our partner airlines - once you update your ID90 Travel app to the latest version, you will need to log out and back in. Once you log back in, you should see the check loads button in the main menu and you’ll be able to get up-to-date info on all of your carrier’s flight loads.
Don’t have the app?
FAQs
What flight loads can I view?
You will be able to view full flight loads for your employer. For all other carriers that your employer has a reciprocal agreement with, you will be able to view the percent of open seats.
Can I check my carrier flight loads on the website?
At the moment, you are only able to check flight loads in the ID90 Travel app. It seemed like most people would need to know flight loads when in the airport and on-the-go, so that was our first priority.
We are working to bring the ability to check flight loads to the website in a future update. For now, you can still go through the listing process to see your carrier’s full flight load information.
