January Newsletter

Launch of the HR Communications Slack Channel

We hope everyone had happy and safe holidays and celebrations!

The HR team would first like to thank all that participated in the poll we posted on Slack, asking about this newsletter and how you would like to receive any HR communication going forward. With a landslide vote, it seems most of you would prefer to have the slack channel (where you will receive information in real time) as well as a monthly newsletter (where all that was posted in the slack channel) is summarized for the month.

With this result, we have now created the channel #hr-communciations

This channel will have the following:

  • Any HR information - HR updates, program rollouts, policy updates, etc.

  • A link to the Demo calls or any other company-wide calls

  • Company observed holidays (AR and US)

  • Birthdays (for AR and US) *this is moving the birthday messages from the random channel* - HR will post a birthday message and you can either add an emoji or reply directly on the thread to wish a happy birthday yourself (hoping to clean up the channels a little bit!)

  • Employee spotlight - where we welcome our newest employees *this is moving the welcome messages for new employees from the general channel* - New Employees will share some information so we can get to know that and you can reply directly on the thread to welcome them (hoping to clean up the channels a little bit!)

We hope you all enjoy and as always - please let Eugenia or Alison know if there is anything you would like to share on the channel or the newsletter!

Open Positions with ID90

The following positions are currently open with ID90. Click on each one to view the job description.

Don’t forget about the referral bonus program we have as well. If you have someone you would like to refer for one of our open positions, please complete this form. If you have questions about this program or the referral form, please reach out to Alison or Eugenia.

Partner Summit

Early in December, we had our Partner Summit, an event hosted in Cancun, Mexico. We welcomed colleagues from around the world to not only showcase some of the major projects we have coming up, but to hear from those directly involved in staff travel and our supplier partners to see what works well, what we could improve on, and what they’d like to see as we move forward together.

Thank You to everyone who traveled to this event, to all who helped organize this event, and to each and every person who made our Partner Summit a success. We can’t wait to put the ideas generated into action!

Internal Links - Recommended Activities in Dallas, BA & Cordoba

Evan started a confluence page to collect restaurants, cultural centers, and other points of interest for Dallas, BA, and Cordoba. Please add your favorite places so when anyone travels from one office to the other (or stops off in BA) they can have recommendations of things to do on their free time. Feel free to edit the page as needed as well if you think something else will be helpful to collect more information!
