Sales & Account Management Updates
Sales & Account Management attended the Low Cost Carrier Summit in Shanghai, China. They were able to generate some good sales leads including Nok Air and Cebu Pacific. Sales & Account Management also attended the United Employee Safety Fair in Orlando and received great feedback about our app and our platform and product offerings.
Our Flights teams helped us launch 2 important new interline partners - United Airlines and Spirit Airlines. Thanks to all involved!

This month’s Employee Spotlight is Rocio Fernandez, from our Customer Support team! Let’s get to know her a little more.
I am a sports fan, as you can see in the picture of me during a handball match. I'm not playing at the moment, but I hope to be back in the future. I also enjoying skating and doing artistic activities as well.
What do you like most about the work we do here?
I'm passionate about travelling and getting to know different cultures. Helping people to travel around the world is unique and very valuable for me.
What's one thing people don't know about you that they would be surprised to find out?
I don't like coffee or cocoa!
What do you think makes our team culture unique?
Since the first moment I arrived at ID90 Travel, I felt welcome. Everybody is always polite, respectful, and ready to help even with the smallest issue you may have.
