Company Travels

Staci Ferguson and Marti Deno went to the Southwest(WN) Privileges Fair this month! They got to catch up with some of the Brand Ambassadors, chatted with a ton of WN employees, and even got to participate in a campus wide fire drill. Lots of fun and great feedback about our app!

Sales & Account Management attended employee benefits fairs at Frontier(F9), Spirit(NK) and a partner appreciation event at Allegiant(G4).  We received great feedback, and lots of compliments, about our app, our support team and our overall platform and product offerings.

Our flights teams helped us launch two new “interline” customers on Hawaiian(HA) in October.  Hallmark and Swissport employees, both ground handlers for HA, can now travel as nonrevs on HA on our platform.  They also helped us launch Frontier(F9) employees on United(UA) and UA employees on F9.

Employee Spotlight

This month’s Employee Spotlight is Eugenia Valenti, our HR Manager for Argentina. Let’s get to know her!

Hello, everyone! I am Eugenia. I've been working in the company for over 8 years now. I started my career at ID90 not in HR, but as a Customer Support Representative. It's been quite a ride since then and I've had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within this amazing company. Outside of my work life, I enjoy making plans with my family and friends. I'm passionate about running and cooking. Like many of us at the company, I love traveling!

What do you like most about the work we do here? I love to see how the company, people, and projects evolve along the years. It is impressive how our product has changed along the years and the interesting thing is that we continue looking to new opportunities and give new solutions to our customers. There is no boring day at ID90!

Where have you gone with your ID90 Travel credits? This year, I am going to Río de Janeiro, Brazil, one of my favorite cities in the world. If you have the chance, visit this amazing place!

What’s one thing on your bucket list? This is a hard one! But if I have to pick one off my list, it would be to bike throughout Argentina.

Please add your favorite places so when anyone travels from one office to the other (or stops off in BA) they can have recommendations of things to do on their free time.
